Site plan rendering

Top-down colored plans of a community, with lots, phases, ponds, trails and amenities drawn so buyers can read them at a glance.

Why a rendered site plan

An engineering plat is full of easements, bearings and lot numbers that matter to surveyors and confuse buyers. A rendered site plan keeps the lot lines and numbers and drops the rest. It adds color for grass, water, trees and roofs, so a buyer standing at the sales counter can find the lot they want and see what is next to it.

What it's used for

Sales maps

The board in the sales office and the interactive map on your website, with lot numbers you can mark sold.

Phase release plans

Each phase in its own color, so buyers see what is open now and what comes later.

Lender and city packs

A clear plan of the whole project, with open space and amenities easy to pick out.

Styles

A flat style uses solid colors and soft shadows, close to the plans on this site. A textured style adds grass, tree canopy and water texture so it looks closer to an aerial photo. Both can carry lot numbers and a legend, or come clean so your team can add labels in its own software.

What we need

  • The plat or site plan in PDF or CAD, with lot numbers
  • Phase lines, if the community opens in phases
  • Amenity and open space plans: pool, clubhouse, trails, playgrounds, dog parks
  • Your brand colors, if the map should match your other sales material

Files you get

High-resolution PNG and PDF for print, sized for the board in your sales office, plus a web version. If the map will be used on an interactive lot map, tell us the format your developer needs and we'll match it.

Questions

Can you update the map when lots sell?

Most builders mark sold lots themselves on the web map. If you want updated print versions, we can turn them around from the same file.

Can the site plan match the aerial?

Yes. When we make both, they come from the same model, so the homes, trees and ponds sit in the same places in each image.

Have a plat or a plan set? Send the site plan, the elevations and the views you need, and tell us when the sales office opens.
