Helpful to mention
- The site plan or recorded plat (PDF or CAD), with lot lines, streets, ponds and amenity areas
- Elevations and floor plans for each home plan in view, or a 3D model in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or ArchiCAD
- Which plan and elevation goes on which lot, if the aerial has to show a real mix
- Exterior selections: brick, stone, stucco or siding colors, roofing, garage doors, trim
- The landscape plan, or a note on the trees and planting you expect at opening
- Camera views you want, marked on the plan, and your deadline
