1. Brief and quote
You send the site plan, house plans, selections and the list of views. We check for gaps, such as a missing roof plan or an elevation style with no color scheme, and send a written quote with the scope, revision rounds and delivery date. Work starts only when you accept it.
2. Camera approval
We build the model and send grey previews of each view. For an aerial, this is where you choose the height and the direction, and decide what sits at the center of the frame. Changing a camera now is cheap. Changing it after materials and landscaping are on means rendering again.
3. First textured draft
Materials, landscaping, sky and light go on. You mark up the draft with comments or a quick sketch over the image. Typical markups are a brick color swap, more mature trees at the entry, or a different elevation on a corner lot.
4. Final images
We apply your markups and deliver the finished images at the sizes you asked for. Extra revision rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
Later phases
We keep the project scene after delivery. When the next phase releases or a plan is added to the lineup, you send the updated plat or the new plan, and we quote the update from the existing model.
