Jacksonville projects
Jacksonville covers a very large area, and new communities keep opening on the edges of the city and in the counties around it. Builders here sell everything from entry-level single-family plans to larger homes in master-planned communities with amenity centers, trails and lakes. Townhomes and garden apartments are common near the main roads.
Exteriors range from stucco to fiber-cement siding with metal or shingle roofs, often in coastal colors. Ponds and wetlands shape many site plans, so the aerial needs to show which lots back onto water or preserve. We light scenes with soft coastal sun and plant live oaks, palms and pines where the plan leaves it open. If your community has a trail or a boardwalk through the preserve, mark it on the plan and we'll include it.
How a Jacksonville job runs
- You send the site plan, the house plans and the list of views, with your deadline.
- We check for gaps and send a written quote with the scope and the delivery date.
- You approve grey-model previews of each camera before any materials go on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups, and deliver the final images.
Everything runs by email and shared folders, with calls booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office in Jacksonville, and the work doesn't need one: a site plan and a few phone photos of the land and the road in front of it tell us what we need about the setting.

Questions
Can you show preserve and wetland areas on the aerial?
Yes. Mark them on the site plan, and we'll show them as tree cover or open water so buyers can see what backs onto each lot.
Do you work with builders across Northeast Florida?
Yes. The process is the same anywhere: email, shared files, and calls in Eastern time.
Ask for a quote
The cost depends on the number of views, how much of the community we model, and how many home plans appear in it, so every job gets its own written quote.
