Tampa projects
The Tampa Bay area builds a lot of new single-family communities, townhomes and garden apartments, and many of them are sold well before the homes stand. Most Florida homes are built of concrete block with a stucco finish, under tile or shingle roofs, and buyers here look closely at the lanai, the screened pool and the backyard. A rear render is often as important as the front.
New Florida communities almost always include stormwater ponds, and lots that back onto water sell differently from those that don't. A good aerial makes that clear. We light Tampa scenes with strong sun and a bright sky, and plant palms, oaks and low shrubs unless your landscape plan says otherwise. Near the coast, homes may sit raised above the street for flood rules; send the grading plan and we'll show the right heights.
How a Tampa job runs
- You send the site plan, the house plans and the list of views, with your deadline.
- We check for gaps and send a written quote with the scope and the delivery date.
- You approve grey-model previews of each camera before any materials go on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups, and deliver the final images.
Everything runs by email and shared folders, with calls booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office in Tampa, and the work doesn't need one: a site plan and a few phone photos of the land and the road in front of it tell us what we need about the setting.

Questions
Can you show the lanai and pool?
Yes. Send the rear elevation and the patio plan, and tell us whether the pool has a screen enclosure. We render it as a rear or low aerial view.
What time zone do you work in for Tampa projects?
We book calls in Eastern time. Everything else happens by email and shared folders.
Ask for a quote
The cost depends on the number of views, how much of the community we model, and how many home plans appear in it, so every job gets its own written quote.
